The Good
Wikipedia is one of the top ten most visited sites on the web

Wikipedia makes it easy to find info, as long as it’s there in the first place

- Technical terms can be linked to their own articles, reducing the need for excessive explanations and clutter.
The Bad
- Wikipedia doesn’t like people editing their own articles.
- The notability and manual of style guidelines can be confusing.
- People without long editing histories find it hard to get things done.
The Ugly
- Site gatekeepers will block profiles of suspected connected editors.
- Edits will be quickly reverted, and articles can be flagged for suspected connected editing and advertising.
- Flags can be very hard to remove. Some stay on for years. See figure 2.
